Missing your weekly dose of South Park episodes? An episode a day not enough? Fret no more, as the producers of South Park have now put every. freakin. episode. online for free [and legally] at their official website. No exceptions. (Except the latest season, but with 11 other seasons to whet your daily dose of awesome.)

As you can tell, the video quality is excellent and buffers quickly with a decent connection. The resolution is definitely higher than that of old-fashioned Youtube videos. Sound quality is also top-notch, with no significant sound distortions noticable. Manbearpig looks appropriately high-resolution.
The only bad thing is that advertisements have come to follow. The little white bars on the timeline indicate ad-breaks, but they’re rather short and sweet, and aren’t droned on to distract from the video. All in all, there is less ad airtime than television per episode, and with this big of a selection, is a small oversight.
As a time waster and THE accessable online encyclopedia of South Park entertainment, this is a great sign of things to come for TV to Web adaptations. Advertisement revenue that television is known for makes the jump to online intact, so networks shouldn’t have too much trouble with hosting full episodes readily to the public. South Park has a humongous fanbase, and it’s a very nice gesture for producers to treat their fans with such a treat. (Here’s lookin at you, Family Guy.)
